Experience the Impact
in Cyber

Cyber is our home turf.
We’ve designed AI-driven dashboards for CISOs, reduced response times in SOC environments, shaped deep web intelligence research tools, designed workbenches for security engineers, built vulnerability-based attack simulators – and much more.

With deep cyber product experience, we help you:

  • Quickly understand the problem, users, and product strategy.
  • Turn strategy into innovative screen-level solutions.
  • Create a long-term competitive advantage for your product.

Cyber Projects

From an AI 'black box' to a transparent and engaging business story. Translate raw intelligence data and complex risk calculations into a clear management interface, which leads the senior user on a logical journey: from determining the overall risk of the organization's entire ecosystem and understanding what it consists of, through identifying the main threat sources, understanding the business implications of the risk, to a concrete action plan to solve it. All this while creating a design "WOW Factor" and building full trust in the system.

From high-touch setup to scalable self-service onboarding for a Dark Web intelligence platform.

Turning complex cybersecurity data into a clearer, more trustworthy SaaS experience that helps users understand risk and confidently adopt encryption.

This week we completed an extraordinary Design Sprint workshop (a busy two days), hosted by UI Company. A workshop that brings to light a joint brainstorming of the business people, our excellent developers, and us, the product managers. Thank you to all those who took part in this exciting effort and opening shot.

You Ask, We Answer.

By the hour – In most projects, we bill based on the hours actually performed. This is a fair and convenient format that allows the client maximum flexibility to change content and scope. To reduce the risk of losing control of the budget, we plan the contents in advance and issue a planning versus execution report once a week to give the client full control of the budget.

By deliverables (Fixed) – When the scope is well defined, a project can be priced in Fixes. In this case, we estimate the scope of the project as in the hourly method and add a 30% safety margin.

Retainer – You can work for a fixed monthly price. This is especially suitable in the following cases:

  • Part-time or full-time jobs
  • Startups in which we constitute the company’s UXUI arm and take full responsibility for the field.
  • An independent project within a large company that behaves like a venture or startup.

This of course depends on the type of project, the level of complexity of the product, the level of maturity of the client, etc. But we can give some representative numbers:

  • A UX concept takes 100-200 hours.
  • A UI concept takes 60-120 hours.
  • Characterization and UX/UI design for a complex screen can range from 15 to 30 hours.
  • Characterizing and designing UX/UI for a simple screen or dialog takes 1-5 hours.
  • In cases where there is a good Design System, the times are shorter.

Our size gives us flexibility and allows us to start almost immediately after receiving a work order.

To keep the price down, in most projects we combine different levels of seniority. This way we also reduce the price but maintain a very high level.

  • The most important player in any project is the Senior who leads the project. His scope of work takes up about 50% of the entire project scope in the concept stages. In the detailed design stages, his scope is greater and on average in a standard project of several hundred hours, it should reach 30% of the project scope.
  • Most of the work (on average 70%) is done by professionals with less than two years of experience.
  • The regular team is accompanied by a C-Level expert for a small (but very significant) amount of 2-8 hours per month. He is the booster of the project. Our experience shows that despite the small number of hours, he has a significant impact on the project and greatly improves the impact and ROI.
  • Another advantage of this composition is that the seniors are not required to do menial work that a junior can do. This also allows them to focus on project management and its strategic issues, and also maintains their satisfaction.

A client who requests can meet and interview the project members in advance.

Even if the client did not screen or interview the candidates, we allow, if necessary, to replace project team members. Our methodologies and documentation methods allow this to be done very efficiently.

In the detailed design/implementation stage (especially if there is an established design system), there is no need to separate the professions and the same person can do both characterization and design, i.e. UX/UI.

At the concept stage in complex systems, separation is required.

  • Analysis and characterization are done by UX professionals, most of whom have a master’s degree in cognitive psychology, while graphic concepts are designed by UI professionals who have studied visual communication.
  • Our teams are involved in UX and UI but manage under two professional guilds that train and develop these two areas of knowledge.
  • One of the biggest advantages of working with a UI company is the ability for a UX/UI person from one background to receive support from others from the other background.
