Part/Full Time UX/UI Outsourcing

Part/Full Time UX/UI Outsourcing
Extra power that
brings real change

About the Service

A UX/UI expert at whatever capacity you need. This is our most in-demand service.

This is our most requested service. It has many variations:

  • Senior or junior
  • Remotely or on-site at the client
  • Design-oriented, or oriented toward UX research and definition.
  • Short-term or long-term (for example, covering a maternity leave).
  • For a dedicated task or to reinforce the team.
  • Small task? Big challenge? Either way, we bring the UX/UI firepower to move it forward.

Key benefits

Flexibility without the drama

Adjust the scope as needs change. We step in, step out, and hand over knowledge clearly and methodically.

Exceptionally high ROI

You get focused UX/UI work without unnecessary meetings or internal noise. Our experience, methods, and senior mentoring help teams move faster at a lower overall cost.

Short, efficient onboarding

In most cases, we start delivering value in the first week, even while onboarding is still in progress.

Senior Booster

Your designer is backed by weekly guidance from a senior UX/UI expert, raising quality, saving time, and helping solve complex challenges faster.

Product thinking

Our people understand the product, users, business goals, and strategic context – not just the screens.

Data & Academic Driven

Most of our UX people hold a master’s degree in cognitive psychology. We know – and love – to dig into usage data and ground our design decisions in data and scientific research, not just intuition and experience.

Practical Creativity

We bring fresh, innovative ideas – grounded in research, strategy, feasibility, and real product constraints.

Built for complexity

Cyber, Defense, FinTech, HealthTech, and other complex domains are our home ground. We turn overload into clarity and complex workflows into usable products.

  • Startups that need a part-time UX/UI arm before hiring in-house
  • Teams that need temporary maternity-leave replacement
  • Companies that want UX/UI support while recruiting, without slowing down
  • Short peak workloads before a deadline, such as specs, screens, or design QA
  • Teams missing specific expertise, such as data, accessibility, design systems, or mobile
  • Busy teams that need extra capacity, but not a full-time hire
  • Companies looking for a fresh perspective on product review, UX challenges, patterns, or design quality

Who is it for?

Our UX/UI experts can produce any deliverable expected of a professional in the field:

  • Research report and user insights.
  • Interactive prototype.
  • Detailed screens and development specs.
  • Responsive design specifications.
  • An analytics plan for measurement and improvement.
  • Graphic concept (look & feel).
  • Design System
  • Animations / micro-interactions.

Deliverables

We are early adopters who constantly test new AI tools and turn them into practical UX/UI workflows.
AI helps us analyze interviews, write microcopy and user stories, speed up UX/UI competitor research, and build rapid prototypes with vibe coding tools.
The result is faster exploration, sharper decisions, and more room for creative thinking.

Harnessing the power of AI

Our Process

A Success Story

A Success Story

BITSIGHT (formerly Cyber Sixgill) was a small startup with no in-house UX/UI person. Their CPO invited us to run a Design Sprint. Right after it, he asked us to come work with the product team on a part-time basis.

For a full year we served as the company’s UX/UI arm. Our scope ranged from 25% of a role to nearly full-time toward the end. Over that year, we worked with the various product managers on definitions and designs for both existing and new modules, and even on adapting the product to a new persona type. Along the way, we also upgraded their look & feel and established a high-quality Design System in Figma.

At the end of the year, the CPO hired a full-time in-house UX/UI person. We handed over the baton gradually and methodically. It was a highly efficient, successful process – for them and for us.

The new version of the system went live yesterday. User responses were overwhelmingly positive, as the system is now more accessible, more convenient, and streamlines work processes.

This week we completed an extraordinary Design Sprint workshop (a busy two days), hosted by UI Company. A workshop that brings to light a joint brainstorming of the business people, our excellent developers, and us, the product managers. Thank you to all those who took part in this exciting effort and opening shot.
